This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

Once confirmed, we will offer:

• A replacement (priority), or
• A refund

Shipping

• Return requests are only accepted for defective items
• Shipping arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis
